Water 580 g
Vegetable Oil 250 g
Nuts* 150 g
Raisins & Tutty Fruity* As required for topping
1. Place all ingredients (Except raisins & tutty fruity) in the mixing bowl. Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down the batter and mix again on medium speed for 1- 2 minutes.
3. Scale as required in to cups (Sprinkle raisins and tutty fruity on the top as required).
4. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 180-185oC, Baking Time : 20-25 minutes / until baked well.
Baking time may vary with oven type and scaling size.
